Step 1: Share Your Design

• Send us your design, logo, or reference images along with your fabric, color, and sizing requirements via email or our inquiry form.
• Our design team will prepare and send you a free digital mock-up within 24-48 hours.
• Once you approve the mock-up, share your order quantities, sizes, and shipping details so we can prepare your quotation.

Step 2: Confirm & Pay

After your order details are finalized, we will send you an invoice by email. You can review it and choose from the payment options below:

1. Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
2. Bank Wire Transfer
3. PayPal (for eligible orders)

Step 3: Production & Delivery

• Once payment is confirmed, we begin production. You will receive order confirmation details within 24 hours, and any changes should be requested before production starts.
• We offer a paid sample run before bulk production so you can check fit, fabric, and print quality; the sample cost is credited toward your full order.
• Typical production takes 2-6 weeks depending on order size and complexity. Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking details.
